Mr. Yashwant Singh Bisht received the Degree of Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from UTU, Dehradun ,India in 2012. He is M.Tech. in Manufacturing Technology (Mechatronic ) from Kurukshetra University. He joined University Polytechnic, Uttaranchal University in August 2014 and is presently working as Head of the Department in UP. With more than 6.5 years of experience in academics, Mr.Yashwant Singh Bisht is committed and dedicated to the continuous upgradation of the research and academic environment of the university.

Mr.Yashwant Singh Bisht has taught and developed many courses at both UG and Diploma level. Rich academic experience blended with engineering education has led to his multifaceted educational qualification. He has also attended and delivered many courses and training sessions organized by reputed institutions and agencies.

Mr.Yashwant Singh Bisht has guided many B. Tech and Diploma projects. He has presented many Research Papers in reputed National and International Conferences. He has guided many projects funded by Uttaranchal University. Mr.Yashwant Singh Bisht has a vision for excellence in academics through research and a mission to add value in human life through his valued contribution in academics and research.
